The staff was really helpful, helped a lot.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Well-maintained rooms, just like they promise with a sofa bed and two double beds. The staff is really helpful and does an excellent job, making your stay smooth sailing. 😊

Loved the hotel, it was nice with particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Location: the property was close enough to Mexico and the restaurant and bus station. Monterrey Centro district was worth staying in:)))

I booked an exceptionally clean room complete with 2 double beds as well as a bed sofa. The location of this property so close to a park and bus station was favorable. The restaurant was also convenient. There was a modern museum set within a 10-minute drive.

Every aspect of this place was fantastic, the staff was friendly and exceptional, and I enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant.

The hotel was reasonably priced and the staff at Hotel Plaza Calzada in Monterrey were really courteous and helpful. They tried hard to get me out of the parking lot as quickly as they could.

Great complementary breakfast and comfortable bed plus the location was convenient to attractions. the room had a fridge and microwave for easy meals.

The A/C unit was loud and outdated, and the elevator system was inconvenient. the staff was not very helpful or friendly and there was some noise from other guests.

The staff was really helpful and courteous, and the rooms and beds weresuper clean and cozy. We also liked the breakfast that was included in the price, good value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and transportation was easily accessible.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, which makes traveling around the city a breeze. While the surrounding area is not ideal, there are some positive aspects to consider. it is not located in a park, so you won't have to worry about being too isolated from the rest of the city. you can enjoy a nice view of the city skyline from some of the hotel rooms.

Some aspects of the hotel leave much to be desired. the staff's level of English is not great, so communication can be a bit difficult at times.

The rooms in this hotel were clean and comfortable, making for a great place to relax during a city break. The breakfast was included in the price of the room and was a great value for the money. we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, which added to our overall experience.

One thing that we didn't like about this hotel was the location. We felt as though we were in a somewhat seedy neighborhood, with strip clubs and other questionable businesses nearby.
